Made For Students, Built On Trust

Maluti Student Accomodation (Pty) Ltd showcases comfortable, secure and affordable student living spaces close to campus in the Free State. This site is purely informational — all applications, funding and account management are handled directly through the official NSFAS portal.

Maluti Student Accomodation (Pty) Ltd is part of the Maluti Backpackers family. We know this town, and we built this place for students who need a quiet room, a working kitchen and somewhere safe to come home to.

This website shows you what's here. When you're ready to fund or manage your stay, that happens on the official NSFAS portal.

Our accommodation

Two blocks. Your own room.

17 single rooms across Block A and Block B, with a shared kitchen in each block.

Shared spaces, well kept

Shared kitchen

Multiple stoves and sinks, a gas stove, a shared fridge, cupboard storage labelled per room, and a first aid kit.

Secure courtyard

A gated entry point, a fire extinguisher and fire hose, and a covered seating area for residents.

Bathrooms

Block A has shared bathrooms. Each of the 10 single rooms in Block B has its own bathroom.

Outdoor & laundry

A washing line outside, clear signage, and fire safety equipment around the property.
